- Quarterly and/or annually - prepare information to be sent to tax accountant
Payroll services
$45 per hour
- Record all employee transactions (time worked, time off, pay changes)
- Prepare employee disbursements for review, approval and execution
- Prepare payroll tax submissions for review, approval and remittance
Advanced Monthly services
$40 per hour
- Update of twelve-month rolling forecast/budget
- Actual to forecast analysis
- Run reports periodically as agreed (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Record all banking transactions
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
- Quarterly and/or annually - prepare information to be sent to tax accountant
Advanced set-up: product costing for items assembled by client
